Fox Cities Welcomes Scott Thompson to the Staff

We are thrilled to welcome Scott Thompson as our new Tennis Professional! A former NCAA Division I student-athlete, Scott brings vast tenure of experience in tennis, including coaching, player development, club operations, and program leadership.

Scott has had the opportunity to train and work alongside International Tennis Hall of Fame coach Dennis Ralston and assistant John Fielding, gaining valuable experience working with high-level players and coaches. His background combines a passion for developing players with a strong commitment to creating a welcoming and enjoyable club experience for members of all ages and abilities.

As the Director of Tennis & Head Professional at Timber Ridge Country Club, Scott directed tennis operations, managed the pro shop, developed instructional programs, organized tournaments and social events, while recruiting and mentoring tennis professionals and staff.

Scott earned his USPTA certification in 1995 and also brings high school coaching experience, including leading the Notre Dame High School girls tennis team to its first Wisconsin State Championship.
